Hello Everyone
i am working also with odb++  .
it's thrue that it is only one file to the manufacturing fab . if you want
to replace a single gerber layer you have to send all the odb again
and the factory doesn't like it.
on the silkscreen all the shapes are not solid .

Maybe this will be helpful to some. I know a lot of you already send odb++
to fab instead of gerbers, but i just now started.

I am still on the 1st one, so i have yet to see if any problems arise,
but here are some advantages for those not aware:

- There is only one file, and many fewer clicks to generate it.
- Importing into ViewMate is faster. ViewMate is a free viewer.
- IPC netlist is included.
- Printing the drill file from ViewMate is much nicer (you see actual drill
size)

Some of these may be seen as just helping ViewMate, but that's what i use
here.
