I've seen this too. I don't gloss diff pairs. That's my solution. When I gloss the board it seems to have a problem maintaining the diff pair spacing. I get pairs too close together and even crossing. Normally I would not allow glossing of diff pairs but this board has a significant number of them and I didn't want to leave them out. Otherwise, why gloss? This is not new either. It seems as though this has been the behavior as long as I can remember. Has anyone else seen this and if so, what to do? 15.1 with a relatively new sr installed.
