Thanks Patrick, Turned out most of the duplicates were from mislabeled power pins and the schematic was relatively simple. Of course the power pins are excepted, in the netlisting, so that's not really a problem, and will give you a way to fool it if you want. If you have truly a huge schematic symbol problem, and if you can run Orcad v9.2.3 or earlier, I can show you how to get around it using the 3rd party netlist functionality, specially tailored for Orcad.
