Another method:
If the logo is already in the design, create a clip file by
exporting a sub-drawing of the logo. Then text edit the clip
file replacing "BOARD GEOMETRY/SILKSCREEN_TOP" (the original
logo layer?) with "DRAWING FORMAT/TITLE_BLOCK".
Then import the edited clip file back into Allegro, onto the
new layer.

thanks jim, but i use pen 3 layer for board silkscreen with the logo,
what I was trying to do was put logo in fab drawing title block. I guess
i could stay with text for fab drawing.
