We use them to duplicate circuitry for multiple input channels.
 
Other uses could be to save common circuits for Power Supplies for reuse on
many projects.

I've been looking at the Module feature in Allegro and it's not clear to me
what they're intended use is.

Can anyone offer an example of the practical application of Modules?
