It has good points and bad points, just like any tool.  And it's not really
"built-in" unless you pay the licensing for it (what do they call it now,
610?),  I don't use it as often as I would like due to the nature of the
boards I have been doing.
 
I have never used Orcad, so I don't know what kind of router it has.
