[PCB_FORUM] Specctra placing vias in positive groundplanes

Hi all

I think this was solved some time ago, but I can't remember the
solution:

If I have positive planes, say on top side, Specctra treats the
positive planes as a via keepout.  How do I tell Specctra that it's OK
to put vias there for other signals?
