Thanks Dave. We're still using 16.2, but are just about ready to move to 16.3.

Do you know if there's a problem using 16.3 Free Viewer to view a 16.2 design?

Thanks for the reply.

I always thought the grid settings weren't accessible from the free
viewer.....? I always had to set up the grids BEFORE I sent a board to a person
using only the free viewer but I haven't really used the free viewer much since
16.x so I am just guessing... hope this helps, at least a little bit :-)

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Scripts with Free Viewer
Hey guys,

My scripts for different views (layers on/off), setting pads filled/unfilled
etc. are working fine in the Free Viewer. But, my scripts for changing the grid
cause the Free Viewer to crash.

Anyone know how to get grid setting scripts to work with the Free Viewer?

TIA!
