On Windows a program command line options is found at
<cdsroot>/share/pcb/batchhelp/<program_name>.txt
So Allegro command can be found @
<cdsroot>/share/pcb/batchhelp/allegro.txt
For many batch programs you can type in a DOS command window (this
also works for GUI programs on UNIX):
<program> -help
Example:
netrev -help
Unfortunately GUI programs do not have access to a DOS command window so
the -help option won't work for them on Windows.
