Once you change the root file name for the NC Drill, it writes that data
to the nc_param.txt file for that project. If you open that file up in
a text editor, delete the line that is setting the file name, save and
rerun NC Drill, it will default back to its original behavior.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] NC Drill file output

Hi all,
We have Allegro v-15.7. Running NC Drill has been working great until
now.
How can I force it to name the .drl file whatever the .brd (design name)
is.
I changed the ncdrill output filename to test.drl, now it always comes
up as test.

It no longer automatically names the output .drl file the same as the
root brd.
I also tried having NO NAME in the Root File Name field.
Still no luck!

Thanks,
Mark
