I think that this person answered his/her own question. I don't believe that
PCB Studio has that capability. However, I haven't used PCB Studio for about 7
years now. There was no such thing as a tech file then.
    Anyone else?

        Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Import constraints

I would like to import PCB design constraints from a previous design. I
        have checked the freelist.org for
similar postings and I don't have Import->Tech file in the menu. I am
        running PCB Studio 15.5.

        Thank you,
