I was thinking you could have a property with DESIGN NAME HERE =
?
If you used Custom Text properties can you change it?

Sure - You could add a property called "Title" with an initial value
"DESIGN NAME HERE".
The designers could then change this Title property value to the actual
design name.
Or - you could use Custom Text properties.

How do I place text on my title block symbol that is editable after
placing it on a schematic page? I would like to add under Title "DESIGN
