Why can't you use NET_PHYSICAL_TYPE to specify the gap/width for
differential pairs? I know it exists in the Constraint Manager spreadsheet,
but if you assign this physical constraint set to a differential pair, won't
it use the gap/width from it (if none is specified in the CM spreadsheet)?

Which takes precedence?

Or group to rest of world spacing, right?
