Peter,
I'll second Gerry's approach. Glossing, with nothing else checked except
removing dangling lines, works for me. In only limited instances do I have to
go back and look at the log file for further cleanup.

Peter,

In V15.2 I use Gloss to remove dangling lines (only have remove dangling lines
checked nothing "else at all") This will usually get 98 -100% of any dangling
lines on my boards. It will not remove those not on a net. I then use the
Report > Dangling Line Report. This has links to the dangling lines that are
left. I first zoom in to a small area, set my layer and then click on the link
and it takes you the the co-ordinates.

.

regards,
Gerry

This message is on behalf of Peter Sørensen. He is unable to send to freelists
right now.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone have an updated skill program that can find all dangling lines in
Allegro 15.2? Does anyone have a version that will delete all dangling lines in
one operation? I have mouse arm problems and try to avoid doing some thousens
of mouseclick. I acn read freelist.org, but can't send to it at present.

Thanks in advance
