Jim, Check your "HOME" environment variable. In your case it should be set to "C:". Also check you skill search path. In the command prompt window type: enter -> skill enter -> (getSkillPath) Your "C:\pcbenv" directory should be in the search path. Not even a "command not found". I know Allegro is reading my allegro.ilinit file because I added some junk and Allegro reported it couldn't read it. Took out the junk, but no change.
