You can try one of these methods:

1) Save Altium file to PCB 2.8 Ascii and import this into OrCAD Layout
and from this Import to Allegro.

2) Export From Altium to IDF format and import IDF back to Allegro

Hope any of above works otherwise you need to get translation software
such as Elgris.

[PCB_FORUM] Altium to Allegro?

Hello Everyone!
I have an Altium board that I would like to get into allegro and I was
wondering if there is an easy way to do this? If no easy method (as its
on the import cad list) if you know of a step by step that I could follow
do so that would be great as well.
Thanks in advance,
