[PCB_FORUM] Allegro free viewer 16.3 No menu

Hi all,
After installing free viewer v 16.3, I do not get any menu text and most
icons are "grayed out".
Can anybody tell me why or how to get it working?
I have XP which is supported according to readme. Followed all
installation defaults and uninstalled previous version first.
