If not then you are not editing the correct file.
Make some other change and see if that takes.
If not, you know what to do.

Jim,
You'll have to find the .dlt file under share\pcb\text\text\nclegend.
This happens to be my Cadence_install directory. You'll find a
selection there. Just open in a text editor and have fun. Attached is
an example.

Hey folks. I must be having a brain fart or something, but I can't
seem to adjust the text size used in the NC drill legend. I had it
stuck in my head that just adjusting the "Add text" Options. Quick
