[PCB_FORUM] 900 pin BGA, fine picth

Good morning one and all
I have recently been given a board to design with a 900 pin BGA for the Xilinx
Spartan family of chips. Anyone with experience with this group of devices (or
even a footprint to share) please contact me off list. This is my first time
with fine pitch BGA's.
