ICQ Plus v3.4 Released !
What's new in ICQ Plus ?
* ICQ2002a build 3727 support
* Single image mode for titlebar buttons, pushbuttons, checkboxes,
radiobuttons,
tabs, comboboxes,scrollbars (more compact skin format)
* Ability to copy any part of skin settings from any dialog
('Copy From' option on all pages in skin editor)
* Image prveview in select image dialog
* Fixed some installation issues
