ICQ Plus v3.3 Released. 

What's new in ICQ Plus ?

 * Import Microsoft's Visual Styles. Place the .msstyles file
   in your ICQPlus\Skins directory or import it.
 * Ability to use current theme under Windows XP instead of skin
 * Group names skinnable and more options for contact list
 * ICQ2002a build 3722 support
 * LingoWare support
 * Bugfixes
