ICQ Plus v3.2 Released.
What's new in ICQ Plus ?
* Composite background images
(there is no need to cut background images manually to make a skin)
* Windows2000/XP transparency support
(separately for ICQ main dialog, other dialogs, pop-up menus)
* Online and offline blank icons for contact list
* Default splash screen image (if not skinned)
* New default skins
* Bugfixes and improvements
