Normally, anyone with a Braille + needs to go through APH. However, I imagine,
in this circumstance, if it is really not possible for you to contact APH,
given that you can't update otherwise, and that it is not a hardware issue or
something specific to your unit, that Michael would assist you.

Since I have a braille Plus, does that mean I can't call LevelStar? I really
need help with this server thing (if it isn't working by 4:30). I would think
that because the update process is the same, it wouldn't matter who I called.

LevelStar is open until 6 central time, as they are in Colorado and that is 5
Mountain.
