Try making your music folder writable, rather than a Read Only folder. You should be warned that making folders writable over a network means that others can access and edit them if you're, say, using a laptop and logging on to an open network. This is the case with any folders you share though that you choose to be able to edit or copy to from Icon by making them writable.
