I am having the same problem. Yes I have wireless on and my account is
current. I am able to retrieve periodicals without any difficulty. I have a
hunch (and this is only a hunch) that BookShare has changed the architecture
of its web page as far as books are concerned. This happens at NLS and the
folks at Kurzweil have to update the software to compensate for this.

Let me start with the obvious. 1. You have renewed your account with
Bookshare? I found that i wasn't getting books and when i went to Bookshare
I found that I needed to renew my account. 2. Is your wireless on button
pushed to on? Again, this is an obvious question, but could be the problem.
Is www.bookshare.org operational today?
