Hi, Andy,

I just tried that and nothing happened. Are you supposed to hold down the control key first and then hit the letter L? This is so strange because I only began encountering this problem a few days ago. Is a reset in order?

Hi.
This is pretty unlikely, but could help. Remember ctrl is the key to the right of the
spacebar, so perhaps you are pushing the shift key?

Hope it helps
Andy
