Have you tried a reflash? press pound plus star plus program 1 and once icon
says "restarting hold the pound key down until you feel three vibrations. I
think it is the star if you have braille plus that will reflash your unit. you
may lose some passwords and such since you are unable to backup your data.

I know thats what the problem was, but how do i get the unit to turn back on
