Hi Richard, I think your question should be restated as a feature request. If it could use the address that the message was sent to as the default from address; that would be great. Sadly, it uses your absolute default address. I suppose that is fine because if you are replying to a list message; you don't want your message to have just the list's address as your from info... In any case, It is an extra piece to remember, but that is why I have things filtered into different folders. That way, I'm reminded to change my from address when answering things from that folder. I just demonstrated the Braille Plus and the Voice Sense to a client who doesn't want to have a computer; but wants access to NLS books, etc. He decided to go with the Braille Plus once the Docking Station and Braille Display and GPS are realities. Guess I missed that part, which is easy to do when bouncing between several different note takers. I decided to keep my Braille Plus and sold the Voice Sense I have been testing side by side with it for several months. This should speed up the process of learning the BP. Once the docking station gets out the door, I hope to get more use out of the BP and slowly make it my primary note taker for all functions. At that time I will probably sell my old Voice Note too. In my previous message I sort of got confused with the way my Voice Note handles different servers or connectivity options and the way the Icon and Braille Plus does. Even so, I still find the concept of the BP checking every mail box I use at the same time and having to remember to change my out going address all the time a bit daunting. Guess I will have to deal with that when sending new messages but can you tell me one thing about how the Icon and Braille Plus handle replies from different mailboxes, whether or not I keep them all in one in box or filter them into different folders, which is what I plan to do? If I reply to a message, will the unit look at the address the message was sent to and use that address as the default from address when I send or does it use one absolute default address selected in my list of possible addresses? Hope that came out clearly! If it always uses the same default email address, then it will be a struggle to remember to always check and change the outgoing address as I reply to friends or list messages etc. On the other hand, if it uses the address the message I am replying to was sent to as the from address in my outgoing reply, then it will be a no brainer. This will help me decide how to configure my mailboxes. Thanks!
