If you already have a stream, you just need to go to update my settings and
then to add a player.
You don't to fill out a new application.

I went to the nls site to set up for the APH mobile manager. I filled out the
form and submitted. I was told that my email address was already in their
database and when I had submitted for use with the VR stream. What should I do
since it doesn't seem to like my email address?
