hi,
wireless was the first thing i looked at, and it was on. i did do the reset
after that, and that did not take care of the problem.

Are you sure Wireless is on?
I just now downloaded the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, New York Times
and Oregonian without any trouble.
Or, try a simple reset and get the wireless connected again and do the down
load. Sometimes it seems that something gets fouled up and a simple reset
clears it out.

hello all,
for the last two days, i have had difficulty downloading papers, chicago
tribune, new york times and usa today from bookshare. the icon connects
okay, and appears to me trying to download, and then says error downloading
each paper. has anyone had this problem?
