as he said, you have to be downloading podcasts. Mark some podcasts for
download, initiate the download podcasts option using option 3 in the
program menu, then check the menu again. You'll find Download Manager at
Number 8. Though he plans to make it available at any time in the next
version, truthfully, it is really most helpful when things are
downloading.
