[icon-discuss] phonetic option?

Every once in a while I have trouble understanding what character I am looking
at and without a braille display on my Braille Plus I can't figure a way to be
sure. I checked the Users Guide for any reference to a phonetic hot key but did
not find one. Am I missing it or could some kind of hot key feature be added to
pronounce the current character under the cursor phonetically?
