Hello Abby:

As stated previously on this list, the Update Server was taken down in May,
2015, due to the fact that Levelstar has gone out of business, and also, the
software is no longer licensed. Therefore, APH can no longer make it available.

This product was supported from 2007 until 2015, which is quite a long run for
a product in today’s technology.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hello.
I just recently got my Braille Plus back. I connected to the Internet, but when
I checked for updates, there was an error. Why is this? Why does the Braille
Plus tell me there was an error connecting to the update server when I know for
a fact I was connected to the Internet?
