[icon-discuss] consumer reports not working.

Apparently the problem with consumer reports may be ours and not with nls. I
copied the March
issue to the pc and opened it with no problem at all. It played the not
authorized blurb which
is correct for the file I was running. I'm not sure what the trouble is. I
tried changing
the file name but had no better luck.
