[icon-discuss] bookshelf update problem

Can anyone else verify the intermittent nature of bookshelf update? The
catalog update seems to occur sometimes and sometimes not. Whether you use the
card or USB device start-up dialog or do the copy from the bookshelf program,
the updater seems not to recognize books if it has seen them before on the card
or USB whether or not you have removed them from the bookshelf. Re-inserting
the USB or card device often attempts to install the same books or a number of
them. If the updater allows the books to be moved or copied, they will appear
in the library/books folder under file explorer but the catalog updater will
not process them.
