[icon-discuss] audio files--save versus open

I've noticed that some files only give you the option of saving them; some
audio files will not allow you to open them. This is especially the case for
Windows Media Player-accessible audio sites, e.g. WAMU in Washington. If you
save the file, what happens when you attempt to open it?
