I assume you meant "messes?"

Good to know. I wonder if that should be clearly stated on the Braille+
Users web page so people don't get in over their heads without clear
warnings?
If it is already there, I apologize for missing it.

Thanks,
Richard

Our position is the same as Level Star--use at your own risk. It will be up
to you to clean up your own messages.

I have never used Linux. I asked someone at Levelstar about the console. I
was told that it was there for advanced users who want to get into the
system level. However, he said the use of the console is not supported.
I took that to mean, use at your own risk.
Since APH is offering several add-ons like some games, editors, etc., does
APH support the use of the console on the Braille+ so that if something gets
fouled up, it will be covered by the warrantee?

Thanks,
Richard

Kevin,

Just realized that something about the pine package causes the icon/braille
plus to hang on a reboot. I have a feeling that this might be related to
the library upgrades. You might want to hold off on installing this for a
bit.

Thanks

Bill, that's great! I'm sure I won't be the only person to be thankful to
you for that. Have you been able to copy and paste between the icon
addressbook and the pine program -- hopefully copy and paste problems
will be fixed in the next upgrade.
