I suspect that you would have to change your settings to computer braille
before importing anything.
Perhaps someone on staff could address this for sure.

I wrote the original email on the computer, so the more direct issue is the
translation of braille+ to brailleing.

You just have to do it as computer braille. I write braille and hit control
l then write the plus
sign, so it comes out braille+.
