If you haven't already, you might want to download a newer version of the Sync
program. It is at:

I have Contacts checked to synchronize in the Icon & Braille Plus Synch
software, but it is not bringing them over.
Should I do something more?
I am using Outlook 2003. It did retrieve my Calendar into the Planner.
