What state are you in, and do you go to the school for the blind?
The American Printing house provides what's called Federal Quota, but I don't
know if the
Braille plus is on the Quota list.
Or the commision for the blind for that state may be able to help you.
The Quota funds need to be through a school for the blind I think.
