Can anyone tell me what the average time is for getting approved for NLS? I'm
already getting books from them and have filled out the form.

I went to the nls site to set up for the APH mobile manager. I filled out
the form and submitted. I was told that my email address was already in their
database and when I had submitted for use with the VR stream. What should I do
since it doesn't seem to like my email address?
