I would agree.  When I had my RSS problems earlier this week that
was apparently the root of the problem that I had a good connection
to the router, but the DSL connection was having a problem.

in that case, it is not a router or isp issue but it may be a

issue.  If your connection is unstable, feed update can be
hamptered.  I 
have had issues like this often and I just have to make sure I have
a solid 
connection before updating my feed list.
