On the first page where the choices are to apply for the piolet
service or enter the piolet site just below the link to the piolet
site there is a link to click on if you are a member but have
forgotten your password.  They will email you your password if you
take that link.  Just remember not to take the link to logon but go
down to the next link on the first page.
