Chase,

Remember that this is now a weekend.  Don't expect much till Monday.  NLS is
great with helping to resolve problems.  We're all anxious to get things
right, but sometimes
things just don't work right at first.  I can't add or delete messages from
the hard drive and
am waiting to resolve that one.
