I am in the same boat as you. I got the download was complete message for version 1.1.1 but no go after that. I also deleted all the temp folders and the update folder but still can not get the download to start again. It keeps telling me that the download is complete.

Well, I'm still at the point where I finished last evening at ten till 8 when it said the 1.1 software download was complete and nothing more has happened.
