I found a section in the Icon manual for restoring factory defaults. I followed the instructions and the machine behaved just as the instructions said it would for restoring factory defaults. ----- Original Message ----- From: "ROB MEREDITH" <rmeredith@xxxxxxx>

Richard:

You can delete the databases which correspond to each program. You need to know a little about Linux to do this. Restoring to factory defaults is not yet available on the Icon.

Greetings,

I have a demo Icon that the agency I work for is purchasing for a client.

I put in my bookshare user name and password.
I would like to remove that before it is given to the client.
How do I do that?
Also, is there an easy way to wipe out the planner, rather than deleting
individual appointments?
And, lastly, is there an easy way to delete everything in the address book?

Thanks,
Richard
