It did not work here either.
I have tried it several times. I varied the timing slightly after
the first
failure.
It does nothing more than the standard re-set does.
So, when folks get back from the conventions, I'll give them a call
Monday
and see if there is something missing from the manual instructions.

I'm glad it works for some people.
I'm using the Icon running software version 1.05.

the star? I had to do a factory reset a couple times when I first
