Pamela,

Thanks for getting back to me, but is there any kind of "jerry-rig" I might
be able to do?

Mindy

Mindy:

This is a known bug and we're looking into it.

Hi,

I have used a particular file since it was originally created on a
VersaBraille B, some 22 years ago. It has successfully traveled from my old
Apple to my most recently used BrailleNote PK. I have always been able to
make minor changes to acomodate which ever computer or notetaker I was
using, but have never had a problem finding, adding or deleting info from
the file. I exported it and copied it onto an S D card, and can read it
just fine with my BRAILLE Plus. The only thing I can't seem to do is use
the "FIND" feature. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to the location of
the cursor after it has told me that, it has found the requested text. It
is, however, usually nowhere near it. This means that, in essence, the
document is not usable on the Braille Plus.

Any info you might have would be so helpful. Thanks, and have a wonderful
holiday season.

Sincerely,
Mindy
