[icon-discuss] Automatic Shut Off of Braille Plus

I am finding that my Braille Plus will not shut off after 10 minutes of no
activity.
I have verified the setting and it is on 10 minutes.
The Sleep Timer is off.
I've always been a bit confused with the difference between no activity and the
sleep timer, but it use to shut down as set.
anybody experience this or have any ideas?
