No.  It used to be that way and then it was changed.  If you think about it, it 
makes more sense this way.  If you were sighted and could look up a number in a 
phone book, you would look it up by last names.

Are there any plans to change the way the address sorts names so that 
Addresses are sorted by first name?
I'm having trouble keeping addresses organized on my braille plus.
